Drawing upon his mixed heritage as Aotereoan and St Vincent individual, Isaac Clark Mckree’s creative practice is shaped by his diverse upbringing from rural Aotereoa and North England to the urban landscape of South London.   Isaac explores ideas surrounding identity and perception with the intersection of race, geopolitics, gender and queer theory.  Through Isaac’s own auto-ethnographic narratives, he is fascinated by rematriation (restitution ethics) and historical fashion signifiers pertaining to diaspora theory ,  reinterpreting these frameworks through a contemporary lens with curation, image, sound, design, and styling.
